The Top Five (I chose six) Best Books of 2013 For Teens and Young Adults, Peeps. I'm going to name mine and then you can follow the hop to see the books that others chose. It's all happening over at Diane Estrella's house, y'all! So without further adieu, here are my picks. (My reviews are limited to one sentence. I have had an awful earache.) But I LOVED all of these.
CassaStorm by Alex J. Cavanaugh
Sci-fi at its best. I rate this entire series A+. Alex teaches writers about world building. (I actually forgot to add this one and it is my favorite book.) Maybe my brains fell out my ear and that's why it's hurting.
Being Henry David by Cal Armistead
Can anyone holler full of suspense? You HAVE to read this. Especially teen boys. Talk about well written. This is Cal's debut. WOWOWOW!!!!!!!!
A Moment Comes by Jennifer Bradbury
I have not seen any of these. Thanks for the suggestions and for joining the bloghop!
ReplyDeleteCrystal will be excited to see her book on the list!
ReplyDeleteGreat blog hop! Will have to get around to the other links. So glad you shared your list with us, amigo! :) Looks like a good lineup.
ReplyDeleteSending big hugs your way!
Happy New Year,

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these! Love to see the books people are picking at the end of the year. I love the covers for Moonless and Fireborn. :) But- I want to read them all!

ReplyDeleteHi Robyn .. first and last I recognise .. the others no - perhaps I should delve into Teen and Young Adult books: they look fascinating and great reads.

These are all new to me. I think my daughter would like Moonless. Perhaps a mother/daughter book read!

*super grin* Robyn!!! !!! !!! You totally made my day, again! Lady woman, thank you for the fabulous recommendations, and now I seriously owe you some cheese. (But I'll do it anonymously so no one thinks it's a bribe. ;)
ReplyDeleteNow I have to go expand my TBR list, if you'll excuse me. =)
