Everyone in my family has had the stomach bug but me. I guess we know who is next, don't we? I keep waiting on the arrival of the dreadful visitor, wondering when. How. Yikes!I even imagine I'm sick at my stomach only to realize it's all in my head. Every night since last Tuesday night at least one person has gotten me up in the middle of the night telling me, "I think I might have the virus." Might? Hmm, I wonder why they choose that word. It's perfectly obvious that they have it, believe me.
So I shall return tomorrow--I hope. Time to clean the house and take care of the remaining sick. UGH. I feel sick at my stomach. To be continued...
Your family is suffering from Dolphinitis??
ReplyDeleteI seriously hate that your family has the stomach bug. There's not much worse in this life than a bout with the stomach bug. Then again, what was that line from "The Devil Wears Prada". . . .'I'm just one stomach flu away from a size zero!' I hope everyone is feeling better soon.
S
Ha ha! Very funny. You only wish you had the Dolphins to love. HUMPH!
ReplyDeleteThey all have lost weight. I had forgotten about that line. Thanks for making me giggle. I they get better soon too. I'm tired!!

ReplyDeleteKeep washing those hands and cross your fingers. Hope you get through unscathed.
ReplyDeleteEileen, I do, I do deserve a break. I'm just a little frazzled. Needless to say, I need a good hair day. =)

ReplyDeleteLiza, GermX is my best pal these days. *grin* I hope I make it unscathed too. =)
ReplyDeleteDani!! The anti-viral cookies might just be the thing I need. Especially the hugs though. I don't wanna get sick. The things I've seen in the last week. It's what nightmares are made of. (^_^)*hugs back*
ReplyDeleteOh no! My whole family got a stomach bug and I was the only one who escaped. You might miss it yet. :D Good luck and I hope your family gets well soon!

ReplyDeleteMy fingers are crossed that you will escape the bug. It happens. So sorry you have to deal with a houseful of sickness, though. :(
ReplyDeleteI haven't thrown up in years (knock on wood). My mom was the same way. We'd all get sick and she'd be fine.
ReplyDeleteHopefully it will by pass you because your the mom.
Apparently, this thing is going around. I'll be thinking about your family. I hope everyone is back to normal soon.
ReplyDeletePat, keep them fingers crossed. I think if I make it until tomorrow, I will be safe. I don't want it. It's GROSS! Man!
ReplyDeletePatti, I'm the mom! I feel INVINCIBLE. Yeah! Thanks! (^_^)
ReplyDeleteSusan, it's going around alright. Waaaa I have seen terrifying things. *shiver*

ReplyDeleteHang in there Robyn! Thank God for Lysol- you have a fighting chance!
ReplyDeleteI've gone through TWO bottles of the stuff. I'm lysoling like crazy. And the GermX too. I've washed my hands so much they are all wrinkly. (^_^)
ReplyDeleteThe wild Magnolia, thanks for the feel better wishes. I just don't want to get the dreadful thing. =)
ReplyDeleteI hope everyone feels super healthy soon. My innards were a little on edge this weekend, but it may have been too much cheese.
ReplyDeleteTricia, I sure hope I don't get this. Thanks, I'd rather have the too much cheese problem, I think. You eat a lot of pizza or something? (^_^)
ReplyDeleteOh, no! I hope everyone is feeling better soon and that virus doesn't touch you.
ReplyDeleteHey Cindy!! I hope all are feeling better soon too. I am worn out! I think I'm in the clear. WOO-HOO. (^_^)
ReplyDeleteOh girl, I'm so sorry. I hope you stay healthy. It's possible. My whole family was sick except hubby. So far he's still fine. Not even a cough.
ReplyDeleteI hope you escape the bug. Take care. :-)
Jessica, That gives me hope! It can be done. I hope I'm like your hubby, that's for sure!! Thanks=)
ReplyDeleteKnock on wood, my family has not contracted anything! I was leary about the H1N1 shot and it being so new and having no real knowledge of what long term affects it could give, so we opted out of that shot. Little one got a flue shot, but not the rest of us. Hopefully we all remain healthy. Those Flinstones vitamins have been working so far! *g*
