This is another what I wish I knew Wednesday. And I want to tell you about Writing-World. This is an excellent writing community chock full of tips, contests, and free stuff for writers. I love visiting there and I always come away happy and glad I visited.
I wish I would have known about it when I first started writing, but alas, I did not. There is something for all of us whether we write for adults or children. They have an e-newsletter too. And the cost for all of this? Well it's free. YAY! You really can't beat the price. Writing-World also sends us to websites that might interest us regarding research. Such as the new one for researching the Victorian and Edwardian periods. And the site that has writing exercises or tips every day. They even have a bookstore. So check out Writing-World you'll be glad you did. Did you know about Writing-World? :-)
I didn't know about this. I love places that allow you to learn for free. I see there is a ton of stuff on this site. I'll have to spend more time there to figure it all out. Thanks for the link, Robyn!

ReplyDeleteHere's my "I Wish I Knew Wednesday": that Robyn would use my blog for free advertising! Ha. Had I know, I would have posted ad rates in the beginning. I guess since I allowed the first free advert, I'm stuck!!
